School, Lindsay Roberts deny all
Oral Roberts University and its president's wife, Lindsay Roberts, issued written statements Saturday saying that claims and accusations added to a lawsuit Friday are untrue.
A report attached to the lawsuit Friday contains allegations that Roberts, 51, spent a great deal of time with an underage male.
"I live my life in a morally upright manner and throughout my marriage have never, ever engaged in any sexual behavior with any man outside of my marriage as the accusations imply," Roberts said in her statement.

Arctic Cat's Winter of Discontent
The company is scheduled to report its third-quarter results on Jan. 23. Arctic Cat now expects sales of $645 million to $665 million for fiscal 2008, which ends on March 31, compared with record net sales last year of $782.4 million. The company expects to earn one to seven cents per share for the full year, versus $1.15 per share a year ago. The prior sales estimate for the current fiscal year was $710 million to $736 million, while full-year profits had been pegged at 89 to 95 cents per share. Shares of Arctic Cat fell by 24.5% to $9.20 on Jan. 4, after hitting a new 52-week low of $9.04 earlier in the session. "This is a difficult environment overall for the ATV industry" due to higher gasoline prices, consumer credit issues and the sluggish housing market, said Rommel Dionisio, an equity analyst at Wedbush Morgan Securities in Los Angeles.

Though I have no idea who painted my doorstep symbol, nor the others that are proliferating in the neighborhoods near Haight and Ashbury streets, the artist truly seems to be onto something: The question of whether or not San Francisco's tapestry of underground countercultures is genuine or counterfeit has been popping up all over the city lately, a phenomenon that's intensified during the past couple of weeks.
Energizer Holdings, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Playtex Products ...
ST. LOUIS, Oct. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Energizer Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ENR) , announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Playtex Products, Inc. (NYSE: PYX) for $18.30 per share in cash plus the assumption of Playtex's debt. Shareholders of Playtex approved the merger of Playtex with a wholly owned subsidiary of Energizer on September 27, 2007. Energizer also announced that, under the previously announced tender offer for the outstanding 8% Senior Secured Notes due 2011 and 9-3/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2011 of Playtex, the company has purchased $286.3 million of the 8% notes, representing 98.7% of the outstanding notes, and $276.7 million of the 9-3/8% notes, representing 95.8% of the outstanding notes. Energizer has deposited funds with the trustees for each issue in order to defease the remaining notes.
